Abstract

The aim of the article is to reflect on the meanings of comprehensive education for the lives of adolescents and young people in vulnerable situations who are serving socio-educational measures, based on the letters exchanged between them and the educators of the Sesc Youth Program during the "Letters to the Foundation" Project. The methodology is based on a qualitative and sensitive analysis of the exchanged letters using Bardin's content analysis and Michael Apple's relational analysis. As a result, by highlighting the centrality of youth experiences and narratives, the article proposes comprehensive education strategies that engage with the specific contexts of marginalized youth, contributing to the construction of democratic and inclusive societies.
