PROCESSO DE ENFERMAGEM: INSTRUMENTO PARA A EFETIVAÇÃO DO CUIDADO HUMANIZADO

Resumo

Este estudo surgiu por solicitação da disciplina de Semiologia e Semiotécnica da Enfermagem II, com intuito decompreendermos os objetivos e benefícios da aplicação do Processo de Enfermagem para o cliente, família e equipe de saúde. Esse instrumento, elaboração exclusiva do enfermeiro, tem como objetivo melhorar a qualidade da assistência prestada ao cliente, auxiliando os profissionais na tomada de decisões, prevenindo e avaliando as conseqüências diante de situações que o paciente está vivenciando.Para obtermos um melhor conhecimento sobre a utilização desteinstrumento consultamos, além do material trabalhado em sala de aula,livros e artigos da área da Enfermagem na biblioteca da Universidade.

ABSTRACT: This study appeared for solicitation of the discipline ofSemiology and Semiotécnica of Enfermagem II, with intention of weunderstand the objectives and benefits of the application of the Processof Enfermagem for the customer, family and team of health. Thatinstrument, the male nurse exclusive elaboration, has as objectiveimproves the quality of the attendance rendered the customer, aidingthe professionals in the electric outlet of decisions, preventing andevaluating the consequences due to situations that the patient is living.For us to obtain a better knowledge about the use of this instrument weconsulted, besides the material worked in class room, books and goodsof the area of Enfermagem in the library of the University.
