GESTÃO ASSOCIATIVA NO EMPREENDIMENTO RURAL

Resumo

As organizações existem porque existem as pessoas, e as mudanças só acontecem se as pessoas estiverem convictas da necessidade das mesmas. As organizações rurais não têm ficado imune ao processo de profundas e intensas mudanças e, por isso mesmo, têm sido motivo de preocupação constante, a cultura do individualismo ainda predomina. Necessário se faz criar novas formas de organização social, formas essas que valorizem o capital social como o caminho mais produtivo para trabalhar o coletivo, ou seja, para uma gestão participativa associativa, onde se encontra presente a importância dos valores e sentimentos que levam as pessoas a atuarem de forma mais solidária, na busca do desenvolvimento rural sustentável.

The organizations exist because there are people, and the changes only occur because if people are convinced of their own needs. The rural organizations have not been immune to the process of deep and intense changings and, therefore, they have been the cause of constant worry for the individualism culture still prevail. It is necessary to create new forms of social organization, those forms that value the social capital as a more productive way to work with the collective, it means, to an associative and participative management where it is present the importance of values and feelings that take people to perform in a more solidary way searching the sustainable rural development.
