ESTRATÉGIAS CAPAZES DE CONTRIBUIR NO PROCESSO DE PROMOÇÃO DO DESENVOLVIMENTO SUSTENTÁVEL NA ESFERA LOCAL E REGIONAL

Resumo

Este artigo apresenta algumas estratégias capazes de contribuir no processo de promoção do desenvolvimento sustentável, voltando-se principalmente para o espaço local/regional, por ser este mais próximo da realidade dos atores envolvidos no processo e também por possuir menor complexidade na dimensão e abrangência dos problemas que impedem ou atrasam o desenvolvimento das regiões. Muitas estratégias vêm sendo discutidas e a cada época novas teorias incorporam-se às antigas e a rediscussão sobre o assunto é permanente. Dentre as alternativas que contribuem na geração de emprego, renda, inclusão social, qualidade de vida e preservação do meio ambiente, repercutindo, assim, em desenvolvimento sustentável, encontram-se as estratégias vinculadas à municipalização, ONGs, cooperativismo, redes de cooperação, clusters e agricultura familiar. A promoção do desenvolvimento é um processo complexo que sofre influências micro e macroeconômicas, por isso deve envolver fatores endógenos e exógenos e as estratégias devem ser articuladas considerando-se as particularidades de cada local/região, sem, no entanto, desvincular o cenário global.

This article presents some strategies that can contribute in the process of the maintainable development, looking mainly at the local/regional space, because it is closer to the reality of the workers that are involved in the process and also because it is less complex in the dimension and inclusion of the problems that prevent or delay the development from the regions. Many strategies has been into discussion and each new era new theories are incorporated to the old ones and a new discussion about the subject is permanent. Among the alternatives that can contribute to the employment generation, income, social inclusion, life quality and environmental preservation, repercuting, thus, to the sustainable development are the strategies of the municipalization, ONGs(Organizations With No Lucrative Gains), cooperativism, cooperative chains, clusters and family agriculture. The promotion of the development is a complex process that has micro and macroeconomic influences, therefore, it must involve endogenous and exogenous factors and the strategies must be articulated considering the particularities of each local or region, however, without separating from the global scenery.
