O PAPEL DO ENFERMEIRO NA PREVENÇÃO E/OU RECUPERAÇÃO DAS ESCARAS

Resumo

O presente artigo refere-se a uma reflexão acerca daimportância do papel do enfermeiro na prevenção e/ou recuperaçãode escaras. Nesse sentido, ressaltam-se os principais cuidados deenfermagem no acompanhamento constante das possíveis alteraçõesde pele apresentadas pelos usuários tanto no domicílio quanto nohospital, visando a melhoria da qualidade da assistência prestada.

ABSTRACT: The present article mentions a reflection concerningthe importance of the paper of the nurse in the prevention and/or scabrecovery to it. In this direction, the main cares of nursing in the constantaccompaniment of the possible alterations of skin are standed out insuch a way presented by the users in the domicile how much in thehospital, aiming at the improvement of the quality of the given assistance.
