COOPERATIVISMO E O SERVIÇO SOCIAL

Resumo

Este artigo tem por objetivo discorrer sobre o Cooperativismo e o Serviço Social. A perspectiva é a compreensão das mudanças que ocorrem, nesta forma de organização e gestão onde o homem se torna cidadão consciente de seus direitos e deveres buscando a justiça social. Entender o fracionamento do trabalho com relação à questão salarial, à melhoria da qualidade de vida e aos ajustes e às perdas consolidadas ao longo do processo das leis trabalhistas, torna-se imprescindível para que o Assistente Social possa qualificar a ação profissional no cooperativismo. Aborda, também, a autogestão como forma de exercer com autonomia a gestão de seu próprio empreendimento o qual, no cooperativismo, transforma o simples empregado em um empreendedor e gestor do seu próprio negócio. O desafio é realizar a leitura deste processo, conhecendo e reconhecendo as transformações no mundo do trabalho, estando atento a este novo ambiente de relações entre o capital e o trabalho. Neste processo é necessário que se perceba que ocorreram mudanças de atitudes e de hábitos culturais destes trabalhadores, tornando a cooperação um instrumento facilitador da emancipação, desmistificando a idéia de que trabalhador, sem tutela do dono do capital, não consegue se auto gerir.

This article has for objective to discourse on the cooperativismo and the social Service. The perspective is the understanding of the changes that occur, in this, management form where the man if becomes conscientious citizen of its rights and duties searching social justice. To understand the fracionamento of the work with relation to the wage question, the improvement of the quality of life and the adjustments and to the losses consolidated to the long one of the process of the working laws if becomes essential so that the Social Assistant can characterize the professional action in the cooperativismo. It also approaches, the self management as form to exert with autonomy the management of its proper enterprise which, into the cooperativismo, transforms the simple employee, in an entrepreneur and manager of its proper business. The challenge is to carry through the reading of this process, knowing and recognizing the transformations in the world of the work being intent to this new environment of relations between the capital and the work. In this process it is necessary that if it perceives that changes of attitudes and cultural habits of these workers had occurred, becoming the cooperation in facilitador instrument of the emancipation, demystifying the idea of that diligent without guardianship of the owner of the capital, it does not obtain if auto to manage.
