O EXERCÍCIO DO CONTROLE SOCIAL: PONTO DE VISTA DE LIDERANÇAS COMUNITÁRIAS

Resumo

Este artigo trata de um relato de experência é resultado de uma pesquisa que tem como objetivo analisar as concepções e percepções das lideranças de uma determinada comunidade do município de Frederico Westphalen RS acerca do exercício do Controle Social, além de levantar facilidades e dificuldades encontradas pelas lideranças. Tal assunto é defendido aqui como um instrumento de participação popular em relação às politicas púplicas e decisões do governo, respaldados pelas leis 8.080/90 e 8.142/90 do SUS através dos conselhos e conferências de saúde. Assim, este estudo qualitativo, fundamentado na teoria da enfermagem transcultural, discute parte dos resultados e metodologia empregados na pesquisa, uma vez que ela não foi ainda finalizada e, respeitando os termos éticos e legais no que se referem ao desenvolvimento da mesma, visando uma mudança mais efetiva da comunidade no que diz respeito ao exercício do controle social.

THE EXERCISE OF SOCIAL CONTROL: THE POINT OF VIEW OF COMMUNITY LEADERS

ABSTRACT: This article is a case report of experience and is the result of a survey that aims to analyze the ideas and perceptions of the leaders of a particular community of the municipality of Frederico Westphalen RS about the exercise of Social Control, in addition to raise facilities and difficulties encountered by the leaders. This subject is defended here as an instrument of participation in relation to public policies, Government decisions supported by the laws 8,080/90 and 8,142/90 of SUS (Unified Health System) through advice and health conferences. Thus, this qualitative study, based on the theory of transcultural nursing, discusses the results and methodology employed in research, given that it has not yet been finalized and, respecting the ethical and legal issues in terms that refer to the development, aiming at a more effective community change with regard to the exercise of social control.
